ABOUT
In the conversation around mental health, the focus often falls on questions such as, how can we reduce surrounding stigma, is social media the root cause, why does each generation seem more afflicted, what is being done, and many more similar questions. These, though important to ask, miss the mark. Instead, why isn't the question- How can I help? Unfortunately, this question is often asked, only once it’s too late. Our goal is to preemptively provide an answer to the question most people regret not asking sooner. How can I help?
73% of Gen Z report feeling alone, sometimes or always. This loneliness can be as harmful to one’s health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day. 42% of Gen Z battles depression and hopelessness. Over 60% of adults in the United States report feeling lonely. But if there’s one thing these statistics show, it’s that you’re not alone in feeling lonely.
We believe the first step towards combatting loneliness isn’t some complex or unobtainable feat; it’s a simple acknowledgment of a fundamental truth: it doesn’t come naturally for people to assume they are loved. So, if you love someone, Make Your Love Known.
You rarely know when someone needs to hear they are loved. But as a general rule of thumb, if they’re human, they can afford to hear it. And, If you love someone, you can afford to Make Your Love Known.
Those who don’t feel loved are caught in a malicious lie, and it’s up to us, as friends, family or even as strangers to combat that lie. It’s easy to assume our love for others is recognized. But this assumption isn’t always indicative of the truth. Without love intentionally and clearly being made known, who's to say they're loved. So we took a look at this and thought...isn't there a clear answer?
Make Your Love Known.
Make Your Love Known is more than just a message or an apparel line; it’s a reminder to take a simple step in the right direction. A simple step that could save a life.

Make Your Love Known supports individuals struggling with mental health, but we are not medical professionals and are not fit to offer medical advice or treatment. Our mission is to provide emotional support, and encouragement not to replace professional mental health care.
